Better than the last Flynn novel. Flynn managed to keep the suspense of the terrorists loose in the States at a high level while mixing in the dynamics of Rapp and Nash's relationship. More Rapp in this novel than the last one, which probably is what made it a better novel, as I still find Rapp a much better character than Nash.
